(2) It Will Help Our Economy.  Barack Obama's economic policy is better for more Americans.  Despite the same old Republican scare tactics that Obama will raise everyone's taxes, it's just not true.  Obama's plan calls for a tax cut for 90% of working Americans.  You can calculate your own tax relief under the Obama plan here.  Do you see your taxes going up?  You might under the McCain plan. Even if you don't believe any of this and still think your taxes will go up, how can you argue with reality?  As in the current state of the Bush economy.  For six years, Republicans had control of the White House and Congress.  They basically had a blank check to implement all the economic policies and tax cuts they've always dreamed of.  The result?  Open your newspaper.  Watch the nightly news.  Working people like us are suffering everywhere.  People are losing their homes.  Workers are earning less income.  Prices of everything are going up everywhere.  And who is prospering?  CEO's.  Big oil companies.  Record profits and bonuses like never before for a very small slice of the nation's wage earners.  Yep, the dreams of the Republicans have definitely come true.  And if you think John McCain's policies will be any different, watch this.  Very funny if not sadly illuminating.  If you are one of those Republicans who still believes that your party actually creates smaller government and implements supply-side economics, consider this and this.  It just isn't happening. The Obama economic plan will be better for all Americans instead of the elite few (like Meg Whitman and Carly Fiorina) who make the most dough.
